ACC games are now available on the PlayStation Store
In February 2022, Game Assetto Corsa Competizione is available on the PlayStation Store and is ready to be played (purchased). If you use the Playstation 4/5 console, especially the PS5, you don't need to worry about the minimum spec limit because the ACC and PS5 teams of course have adjusted the game to run on the PlayStation console.
But there is a slight drawback if you play with Playstation, sometimes the "consol team" always gets the last update, after the PC. Sometimes ACC players on PS feel like stepchildren because the update process is not as fast as the "PC team".

Is it possible to use a macOS-based PC/laptop?
Based on our observations, there is currently no information that ACC games can work on macOS-based laptops/PCs, so it seems that they can only be played on Windows-based PCs and game consoles.
Actually, on macOS, you can install Windows OS but it always seems to be a hassle because you have to always switch OS between macOS and Windows. Another solution you can buy another Windows laptop, and separate devices for work and for playing games. haha
Can I play ACC games offline?
Can. The ACC game itself provides an online racing feature against the AI (computer). I personally also often race offline against AI with some customization according to my own wishes. Playing online sometimes finds opponents who are "weird" or too fast. Hehe, So it seems offline racing is a comfort zone for me personally.
However, for the initial installation of the game, we are still required to have an internet connection. In addition to buying games and downloading the installation files, we also have to activate the game so that we always get game updates (if there are new ones).
Keep in mind, that even if we play against AI driver points such as SA (Safety Rating), other points will always be counted. So stay careful even though fighting AI will still affect the driver rating for playing online.
